Samurai Sensei: a swordsman, a geisha and a red helmet wild

Samurai Sensei is set in a Japanese garden at night: bamboo, a red wooden bridge and a lit pavilion behind the reels. Where Samurai Heroes goes for cartoons, this one uses detailed, painted character art.

The symbols

The screenshot above shows the two characters, each in a round frame. A young swordsman with a headband and a katana sits in a green frame, and a geisha with an ornate hairpiece and a red flower sits in a purple one. With only two characters, most of the reel is card letters: A, K, Q, J and 10, each with a pattern cut into it, in pink, orange, gold, blue and red.

A third picture symbol turns up in the other captures: a red and gold samurai helmet with a gold face mask. In the capture above it completes a line with two orange Ks on line 9 for a win of 5. In the next one it sits at the start of line 6 with two red 10s. It behaves like a wild in both, but the game doesn't label it.

Lines and bet panel

Red paper lanterns down both sides are numbered 1 to 9, so this is a nine-line game, like Money Bang Bang. The panel has TOTAL BET with arrows, MAX BET, a message box under a gold sword, AUTO SPIN, FAST and SPIN. The bet is 180 in the first screenshot and 9 in the others, so you can drop to one credit per line. Before a spin the message reads "2 JACKPOT SYMBOLS TRIGGER JACKPOT GAME." We didn't see which symbol that refers to. The badge in the corner reads OSAKA.

What we could not see

No free-spin round, jackpot game or paytable appears here. The old page gave payouts for the two characters and a free-spin rule; nothing on screen supports them.
