Robin Hood puts the reels in a stone-and-wood frame in the middle of Sherwood Forest, with a torn "reward" poster pinned to a tree on the left. The characters are drawn in a rounded, cartoon style.

The cast

The odds screen puts Robin Hood himself, in green with a drawn bow, at the top. After him come a bald strongman flexing an arm, a smiling friar in a brown habit and a sly nobleman in purple with rings on his fingers, who looks like the villain of the piece. The lower symbols are a scroll tied with a rose, a gold shield with a lion, a money bag with coins, a green hat with a feather and a pile of red apples. A curved horn marked SCATTER also turns up on the reels.

The GOLDEN ARROW box explains the feature: when the arrow appears on the fifth reel, the symbols shot by Robin Hood are replaced with a Robin Hood WILD, "to increase the winning possibility". The arrow itself has no odds. On the right is a JACKPOT GAME logo and the top of a jackpot table, cut off at the edge of our screenshot.

Here four nobleman symbols are framed in turquoise, zig-zagging across all three rows, and the WIN box shows 240 against a TOTAL PLAY of 90. The horn SCATTER sits in the middle of the grid without contributing.

When it lands on the fifth reel, the symbols Robin Hood 'shoots' are replaced with Robin Hood WILD symbols. The arrow itself pays nothing, according to the rules.

How big is the minimum bet for the jackpot?

The jackpot table is partly cut off in our screenshot. The first row appears to read 50 for 50 per cent, like other Play8oy games, but we can't read the rest.
