Epic Ape: a jungle slot with stacked gorillas on six reels

Epic Ape is a heavier game than most on Pussy888. Like Buffalo Blitz, it has six reels of four rows and "4096 WAYS" written down both sides, but the setting is a misty rainforest with hanging vines and the reels are a deep green.

The animals

The top symbol is a gorilla's face on a red tile. Around it are a black panther, a spotted leopard, an orange poison-dart frog and a green chameleon. Card ranks 9, 10, J, Q, K and A in red, gold, purple and green fill the gaps.

Stacked gorillas

This is the screenshot that explains the game. Gorillas fill two full rows across the second, third and fourth reels, with one more below on the fourth. Above them sit two blue diamonds and a gold FREE GAMES logo in the top-left corner. The WIN box is empty in this frame, so the payout for the stack isn't shown.

A small win

The last capture shows the result of a spin. A chameleon on the first reel and a diamond on the second are highlighted, with a small "10" tag above the diamond. The message reads "You won 2 lines" and "You won 10 on line 2", and the WIN box shows 25. The diamond joining a chameleon suggests it stands in for other symbols, but the screen doesn't label it as a wild.

The bet bar

There are no lines to set. A COINS box fixed at 40 and a COIN VALUE box with minus and plus control the stake. The hero was taken at coin value 3, a total bet of 120; the others at coin value 1, a total of 40. AUTO START and SPIN complete the bar. At 40 credits minimum per spin, a session can go quickly.

The RANDOM, MINOR and MAJOR counters run along the top, with RANDOM above one million in these captures.
