Fei Long Zai Tian: the flying dragon slot with five-element symbols

Fei Long Zai Tian translates roughly as "flying dragon in the sky", a line from the I Ching that has long been a lucky phrase. The slot leans into that: deep red reels, gold pillars with dragon carvings on each side, and a cloudy sky above.

Five elements instead of card letters

Where most slots use 9 to A, this one uses Chinese characters for the five elements: 金 (metal) in gold, 木 (wood) in blue, 水 (water) in brown, 火 (fire) in green and 土 (earth) in brown and gold. A large blue 8, the lucky number, sits among them.

The picture symbols in the hero screenshot are a golden three-legged toad sitting on a pile of coins, a bundle of green bamboo tied with red string and a red Chinese knot.

The next capture adds a pair of red-and-white koi circling each other and a fiery phoenix with spread wings, alongside the toad and the bamboo.

The dragon

The game's title symbol only appears once in our screenshots: a green dragon with a flowing mane that fills the entire third reel, top to bottom. A full-reel symbol like this usually counts on every row of that reel. It isn't labelled WILD, though, and we have no rules screen, so we can't say exactly what it does.

Lines and bet

The pillars on each side carry line markers numbered up to 25. Every capture was taken at 1 line and a line bet of 0.01, a total of 0.01. The bar has MAX, LINES and LINE BET with minus and plus, AUTO START and SPIN (STOP while spinning). The RANDOM, MINOR and MAJOR counters sit above the reels.

What we could not see

No paytable, free-games round or payout figure appears. The old page told a legend about Confucius and a koi that doesn't match the usual story, so we have left it out.
