Silver Bullet: a Wild West slot that pays both ways

Silver Bullet is a Wild West slot in dusty red, with a wooden "SLOTS" sign and a silver bullet under the logo. It is simple to read: nine lines, one wild, one scatter, and a paytable that fits on a single page.

Symbols and pays

The rules page lists ten regular symbols in order of value: horse, cash bundle, horseshoe, pipe, wagon wheel, cowboy hat, whisky bottle, lucky 7, a lit bomb and a wooden barrel. Five of a kind pays from 100 (horse, cash) up to 5000 (barrel). The top few also pay for two in a row, and the barrel pays even for one.

Two symbols do something different:

• Revolver (scatter): 2 pay 1, 3 pay 5, 4 pay 10, 5 pay 100. Three or more on reels 1 to 3 or on reels 3 to 5 give free games: 10, 15 or 25.
• Sheriff star (wild): only on reels 2, 3 and 4. It combines with other symbols, and the note says a win with it pays double.

A line at the bottom reads "All lines pay either from left to right or right to left". That makes the game look more generous than its nine lines suggest, since a winning run can start from either edge.

The bet panel

The hero shot has all 9 lines on at 0.10, so each spin costs 0.90. The panel is plain: LINES, a blue minus and plus for BET, the BET and WIN readouts, AUTO and a green SPIN arrow.

The second capture drops the bet to 0.01, so 0.09 a spin. Three pipes across the bottom row lit up line 3 for a 0.05 win. That is a fair picture of a low-value hit: it gives back part of the stake, not all of it.
