Dolphin is one of the calmest-looking games on Play8oy. The reels sit on a dark blue coral reef with purple frames between the tiles, and every symbol is a round-eyed cartoon sea creature. There are no card letters at all.

The symbols

The hero screenshot shows a purple dolphin, an orange clownfish, an orange octopus, a yellow seahorse, a green turtle, a spiky pufferfish and a gold coin with a fish on it. Two special symbols are marked with text: a grinning blue shark labelled WILD and an open treasure chest labelled BONUS.

The paytable is a single underwater screen with the DOLPHIN logo in the centre and arrows on each side to page through the rules. For five, four and three:

  • Dolphin: 1000, 200, 50.
  • Clownfish: 400, 100, 15.
  • Octopus: 150, 50, 10.
  • Seahorse: 100, 40, 8.
  • Turtle: 75, 25, 5.
  • Pufferfish: 50, 15, 3.
  • Gold coin: 20, 10, 2.

The shark WILD and the BONUS chest are not on this page; they are probably behind the side arrows, which we have no screenshot of. A blue BACK TO GAME button closes the screen. This game has no jackpot counters.

Here four gold coins fill the bottom row from the second reel to the fifth, with turtles, octopuses and pufferfish above, and WIN reads 30 against a TOTAL PLAY of 18. So this spin paid back more than it cost, which the smaller symbols do only occasionally.
